How it works:
Each program exercise is a 15-minute reflection of your experiences caregiving. You will be given the
chance to gauge your feelings in each the above mentioned areas, and then prioritize what needs to be addressed in each circumstance. The goal is to help you find the areas which need fine-tuning or major overhaul, to improve the caregiving experience.
We believe that considering a few new approaches
to your caregiving routine can make major
improvements in the quality of life of all involved
in the caregiving effort.
